About the Job

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a skilled Diesel Technician II to join our team in Montgomery, Alabama. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Diagnosing and repairing complex issues with diesel engines and transmissions
  • Working independently to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Collaborating with other technicians to share knowledge and best practices
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technology and techniques in the industry
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance
  • ASE certification in diesel engine repair
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license
