About the Job

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team. As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and minor repairs on our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Diagnose and repair complex diesel engine problems
  • Use advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues
  • Work with experienced supervisors and master technicians to learn new skills
  • Partner with customers to ensure their vehicles are maintained and safe

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and 1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to solve problems and work well as part of a team
