About the Job

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team. As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with diesel engines and other vehicle systems
  • Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolve problems
  • Work with supervisors to prioritize tasks and manage workload
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in automotive or diesel repair
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
