LHH Recruitment Solutions está en búsqueda de un Chief Financial Officer para una organización sin fines de lucro. Este rol es fundamental para la gestión diaria de las funciones financieras de la entidad, abarcando la supervisión de procedimientos y controles financieros, así como la elaboración de informes financieros precisos y oportunos para las partes interesadas internas y externas.

Este puesto ofrece un salario competitivo de 115K-125K, es un trabajo híbrido (3 días en la oficina) y proporciona 8 semanas de tiempo libre al año. Además, la organización cuenta con excelentes beneficios, incluyendo un plan de pensiones y un calendario laboral de solo 219 días al año.

Responsabilidades:

  • Coordinar los procedimientos de cierre mensual y anual, incluyendo la supervisión del proceso de conciliación de cuentas (por ejemplo, revisión de conciliaciones y entradas de diario asociadas para asegurar su precisión, así como el balance de prueba).
  • Conciliar todos los estados de cuentas bancarias, fiduciarias, custodiales y de inversiones.
  • Supervisar los procesos de registro de donaciones, cuentas por pagar, pagos a proveedores, desembolsos, procesamiento de cheques y transferencias inter-fondos, lo que requiere monitoreo de la entrada de datos y flujo de trabajo, así como conciliaciones.
  • Colaborar con el Vicepresidente de Finanzas y Operaciones en la preparación y coordinación de la auditoría anual, incluyendo la creación de cronogramas de apoyo, estados financieros y notas explicativas.
  • Coordinar con el custodio para reequilibrar inversiones agrupadas mensualmente; facilitar liquidaciones de activos, transferencias y requisitos de flujo de efectivo.
  • Preparar niveles de gasto anuales para fondos de dotación.
  • Asistir al Vicepresidente de Finanzas y Operaciones en el desarrollo y monitoreo del presupuesto anual, así como en el análisis relacionado con las finanzas organizacionales. Preparar y monitorear presupuestos para ciertos proyectos y socios.
  • Elaborar informes ad-hoc para apoyar a la Fundación y otras partes interesadas.
  • Asistir en la elaboración de informes para partes externas, incluyendo la preparación de estados de cuenta para donantes para distribución trimestral.
  • Participar en esfuerzos colaborativos nacionales y regionales que contribuyan al avance de la Fundación y del campo en general.
  • Brindar apoyo al Vicepresidente de Finanzas y Operaciones y realizar otras tareas según se requiera.

Calificaciones:

  • Título universitario en Contabilidad, Finanzas o campo relacionado de una universidad acreditada.
  • Al menos seis años de experiencia relacionada en contabilidad de organizaciones sin fines de lucro.
  • Se requiere CPA.
  • Experiencia previa con la suite de productos Blackbaud es un plus.
