About the Role

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a skilled Customer Contact Center Representative to play a vital role in our team in Mansfield. As a key member of our order-to-cash process, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate entry of daily and periodic orders and transactions into our system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately key verbal and written orders after verifying content and/or calculating cash totals.
  • Verify daily check-off sheets to ensure all required orders are entered in the system.
  • Process all documents related to billing, including credits, delivery confirmations, and more.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve discrepancies in the order-to-cash process.
  • Maintain files for all order-to-cash transactions and their supporting documents.
  • Assist team members in meeting daily and periodic deadlines.
  • Perform special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) plus one year of related order-to-cash experience.
  • One year of post-secondary education with a focus on business and/or accounting preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and intermediate Excel skills.
  • Reliable and able to meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Team player.
  • Proficient 10-key skills.
  • Ability to research and resolve order-to-cash related problems.
