The primary focus is to provide client callers with solutions for their inquiries.

This role also provides administrative support to the Accounting team and senior leaders.

Strong customer service skills are essential to work with our 90+ client associations.

This role is performed onsite Monday through Friday in our offices.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering multiple phone lines and assisting incoming callers
  • Providing clients with solutions via phone/email, transferring calls when appropriate
  • Ensuring follow-ups for clients waiting for assistance
  • Taking dues payments, meeting registrations, membership applications, and information updates
  • Responding to inquiries submitted electronically through individual society websites

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Accounting department with data entry, Accounts Payable tasks, and reconciling invoices
  • Assisting with meeting planning, correspondence, and social media needs
  • Special projects, requests, and other duties as needed

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or a related field
  • ~2 years of experience in general office administration or recent graduates with some related office experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a can-do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever support is needed
  • Committed to providing exceptional client service
  • Problem-solving abilities to support staff and clients
