About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the training and compliance needs of our site. This will involve monitoring departmental data to identify training and compliance requirements, managing and building internal online training modules, and supporting senior leaders and managers with people development and on-the-job skill training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and coordinate training, organizing training and development for the site while maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Manage departmental data, databases, and compliance records to ensure timely and accurate processing of information.
  • Assist in generating reports required for auditing and compliance purposes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to resolve site issues and ensure accurate and timely processing of information.
  • Develop and create training modules on our online training platform.
  • Ensure People Development plans are regularly reviewed, gaps identified, and training plans maintained.
  • Manage confidential information.
