Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tax Supervisor/Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage the tax compliance process for high-net-worth individuals and intricate corporate tax returns. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the firm's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the preparation and review of complex individual and corporate tax returns
  • Mentor and support junior tax professionals
  • Ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies for clients
  • Manage client relationships and address tax-related inquiries
  • Research and interpret tax laws to uncover potential savings
  • Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns
  • Provide expert tax advice on various matters

Qualifications:
  • CPA certification in California is required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax compliance and planning
  • Familiarity with high-net-worth individuals and complex corporate tax returns
  • In-depth knowledge of tax regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to work independently and juggle multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
