Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Centralized Scheduler to join our team at Rogue Community Health. As a Centralized Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule patient appointments in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that patients receive the care they need.
  • Patient Communication: Communicate effectively with patients and their families to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and other issues that may arise.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare policies and procedures, and implement process improvements to enhance patient care.
