Junior Transportation Broker

Key Responsibilities:

• Building loads, scheduling, addressing issues, and securing capacity
• Collaborating with Account Managers to establish strong partnerships with customers and carriers
• Generating and nurturing customer leads to develop a personal book of business through calls and emails
• Negotiating spot and contract pricing
• Managing customer relationships and prospects within our TMS and CRM platforms
• Maintaining proactive and transparent communication with clients and carriers
• Delivering effective problem-solving solutions and exemplary customer service
