Primary Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight: Support the Project Manager in assessing and overseeing resources, including personnel, tools, equipment, materials, and internal services.
  • Preconstruction Analysis: Assist in preparing, reviewing, and tracking cost-related data and reports for designated projects.
  • Project Initiation and Scheduling: Clarify responsibilities for processing submissions and take charge of complex trades when required.
  • Project Collaboration: Participate in planning, progress, and closure meetings, addressing project issues and unforeseen circumstances.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, along with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using PC and communication tools such as email, internet, Bluebeam, OnScreen Takeoff, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing both administrative and technical components of construction projects.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Strong teamwork abilities with a commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily based on job sites within an office trailer or existing structure.
  • Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required when outside the office trailer or structure.
