About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members, prospective members, and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Handle all front desk related activities, including checking members into the system, answering phones, and facilitating updates to member accounts.
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A passion for fitness and health.
- Punctuality and reliability is a must.
- Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.
Physical Demands:
- Continual standing and walking during shift.
- Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Benefits:
- Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
- Bi-weekly Team Production Bonus and Monthly Mystery Shop Bonuses.
- FREE Black Card membership after 30 days of employment.
- Full-Time eligible for 50% Company paid benefits after 90 days of employment.
