About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional who excels in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a salesperson, a strategic mindset, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Management: Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Develop effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • CRM Management: Oversee the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data. Utilize CRM insights to identify target customers and develop personalized selling strategies.
  • Strategic Selling: Develop and implement strategic selling approaches to engage prospective clients and convert leads into sales. Customize sales pitches and offerings based on customer preferences and needs.
  • Private Selling via CRM: Leverage the CRM platform for private selling opportunities, maximizing customer engagement and conversion rates. Utilize CRM features to track sales performance and optimize selling techniques.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation activities, networking, and strategic partnerships. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation campaigns.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales management and strategic selling, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and experience in CRM management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for sales optimization.

What We Offer

We are committed to providing a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills, experience, and local cost of living. Our estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000.
