Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the Sales Team adheres to effective sales strategies, including prompt completion of documentation, to guarantee a superior purchasing experience for customers.
  • Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement, cultivating and upholding extensive knowledge of products, market trends, and industry standards, while ensuring familiarity with all brands available at the location.
  • Leverage OneWater sales tools, including CRM systems, to facilitate daily follow-ups and prospecting for new clientele, alongside regular communication with existing customers.
  • Foster and nurture positive relationships with customers to enhance loyalty, boost referrals, and elevate the dealer's reputation.
  • Professionally showcase products to clients and prospects, including discussing features and benefits, preparing quotations, conducting trade evaluations, and presenting pricing aligned with margin and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Business Manager to present financing options, prepare closing documentation, and coordinate deliveries.
  • Encourage teamwork and collaboration with other team members, departments, and locations to ensure a seamless customer journey from sale through financing, delivery, and ongoing service.
  • Actively engage in boat shows, store events, and customer outreach initiatives.
  • Manage showroom inventory, including ordering and display coordination.

Qualifications & Expectations:

  • Commitment to customer satisfaction, both internally and externally.
  • Achieve or exceed sales unit and revenue targets.
  • Effective use of sales tools, including OneWater Sales Processes and CRM.
  • Obtain required OneWater Sales Certifications.
