Sales Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Internship Program as a Sales Development Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing sales support, account management assistance, and intermediary support to our Retirement sales and/or Group Insurance team members.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans
- Provide support to sales teams in the field, including account management and intermediary support
- Contribute to the growth and development of our sales teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
- Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate or graduate level degree
- Involvement in extracurricular activities and/or involvement within the community
- Interest in a career in sales
- Preference will be given to students who have experience with sales either through a previous internship, involvement, or work experience
- Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external partners
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Travel will be required
- A competitive salary range of $18 - $20 per hour
