About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Internship Program as a Sales Development Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing sales support, account management assistance, and intermediary support to our Retirement sales and/or Group Insurance team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans
  • Provide support to sales teams in the field, including account management and intermediary support
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our sales teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate or graduate level degree
  • Involvement in extracurricular activities and/or involvement within the community
  • Interest in a career in sales
  • Preference will be given to students who have experience with sales either through a previous internship, involvement, or work experience
  • Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external partners
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Travel will be required
