About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Engage LLC. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth through consultative sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the energy industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
