About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Systems Administrator to join our Procurement Strategy and Systems team. This team is responsible for maintaining the ongoing reliability, performance, management, and support of Source-to-Pay procurement systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Provisioning roles and providing initial training/content for all new users on the Source-to-Pay platform.
  • Configuring and maintaining Source-to-Pay data, providing help desk support, and assisting with ad-hoc requests.
  • Assisting with Source-to-Pay system upgrades and implementations, including user training and testing.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor Procurement and system performance.
  • Configuring monthly and quarterly dashboards and reports for various departments.
  • Building and supporting ongoing automation initiatives to guide decisions and actions that support Procurement strategy.
  • Monitoring and reporting on usage of Source-to-Pay tools and implementing plans for improving tool usage/value.
  • Conducting regularly scheduled maintenance of the Source-to-Pay platform and requisite data elements.
  • Liaising with the Procurement team, Risk Groups, Legal, and business stakeholders to assess additions, removals, and changes of business objects.
  • Assessing implications of new software releases, configuring accordingly, and supporting change management.
  • Delivering ad-hoc requests, special projects, reporting, and status inquiries.
  • Documenting technologies, workflows, user stories, and processes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Five years of relevant experience in Procurement, Finance, IT, or related functions, with responsibility as a system administrator with S2P technologies such as SAP/Ariba, Zycus, Coupa, iValua, GEP, etc.
  • Three years of experience maintaining system data, configuration, and integrations for SaaS/On-prem solutions with regular upgrades.
  • Familiarity with the procurement lifecycle, including supplier onboarding, sourcing, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), contracting, catalog management, and the PR/PO process.
  • Strong project management, business systems analysis, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and suppliers to accomplish daily tasks and drive issue resolution.
  • Technical configuration skills with basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL language.
  • Familiarity with managing integrated source-to-pay platforms.
  • Familiarity with SSO (Single Sign-On) multi-factor authentication tools.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and JIRA for tracking and completing system requests.
  • Familiarity with Confluence for policy and procedure publication.
