Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and arrange legal documents and case files
- Perform legal research and aid in the preparation of cases
- Compose legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate legal processes
- Ensure effective communication and updates between attorneys and clients
- Assist in trial preparation and the organization of exhibits
- Carry out administrative duties to support the legal team as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification
- A minimum of five years of experience in probate, accounting, or estate administration
- Proficient in legal research and document management
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and legal research tools
