Job Description
At ALL STATES MEDICAL EQUIPMENT DISTRI, we are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in QuickBooks, and have a strong ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Prepare various communications, such as memos, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Schedule and confirm shipping, and maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Offer ad hoc support around the office as needed, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills and teamwork to drive company success.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in office administration or related fields.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese a plus.
