Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Bi-lingual Leasing Consultant to utilize their exceptional customer service skills to connect with potential residents and identify their needs to secure lease agreements. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively and build lasting relationships with residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate interest in our community by highlighting its unique features and benefits
  • Communicate effectively with potential residents on all steps to make our community their home
  • Serve as a resource for residents to express their concerns and assist with finding a resolution
  • Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents
  • Perform required office administrative tasks with attention to detail
  • Coordinate fun activities for residents

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
  • Valid Driver's License is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English required
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Will to work flexible schedule including weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
