Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support the efficient operation of our office at ALL STATES MEDICAL EQUIPMENT DISTRI. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Prepare various communications, such as memos, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Schedule and confirm shipping, as needed.
  • Develop and maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Offer ad hoc support around the office, as required.
  • Answer phones and greet visitors, as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese a plus.
