Talent Acquisition Representative

We are currently seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Sales Specialist Virtual. This individual will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives by identifying and acquiring top talent. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders. They will also be required to work in the office at least 2 days a week and possess a high level of self-motivation and discipline. Additionally, they will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve their performance.
Job Requirements
The Sales Specialist Virtual will be responsible for executing activities that gain results, including making outbound cold calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings. They will also negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions. To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of sales and business development experience. They must be able to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and in-person meetings. In addition, they will be required to work in the office at least 2 days a week and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
