Job Summary

Cleveland Clinic's Independence Family Health Center is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the healthcare team, this individual will provide exceptional patient experiences, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and patient-centered care, addressing patient needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Investigate and resolve patient issues using the HEART model, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
  • Perform patient registration, visit preparation, and scheduling, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of patient information.
  • Recruit and educate patients on MyChart and Appointment Pass, promoting patient engagement and empowerment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with two years of experience in patient registration, appointment scheduling, or customer service.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree, with one year of experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
