Job Title: HR Generalist

Staff Financial Group is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to manage employee benefits, onboarding, and offboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in benefits administration, with payroll experience being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and other related plans.
  • Coordinate and execute the annual benefits open enrollment process, providing guidance and answering employee questions.
  • Lead and manage the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth offboarding experience for departing employees.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Support payroll processing, including timekeeping, payroll changes, and compliance with payroll policies.
  • Manage employee records, benefits data, and track key HR metrics using UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HRIS.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on benefits administration and onboarding/offboarding.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes is a plus.
  • Proven experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HRIS is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
