Job Summary
">This is a key role at TPI Composites where you will be responsible for performing Human Resource duties in compliance with all procedures, protocols, instructions, standards and plans set out by the organization.
">About the Role
">As a Human Resource Generalist, you will act in compliance with the company’s integrated policies, the Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics, and the TPI Management Principles and Ethical Decision-Making System. You will follow, implement, and ensure compliance with all published instructions, procedures, and announcements on health, safety, environment, and security.
">You will ensure that objectives and targets within the scope of the IMS policy are achieved and that departmental work is conducted in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
">The ideal candidate will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and retention. You will provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
">You will analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies. The Human Resource Generalist will also provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
">Responsibilities

- Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units;">
- Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate;">
- Preparation of Organization charts for all departments in the business;">
- Preparation of HR Metrics, Dashboards, and other MIS Business reports;">
- Ensure to update the ISO HR manual and other documents to handle audits;">
- Complete the joining formalities and ensure proper induction for new recruits;">
- Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers;">
- Supporting for the recruitment in sourcing and screening process to get the right candidates;">
- Ensure the probation/confirmation/transfer process of employees as required;">
- Ensure the exit formalities of the resigned employees and ensure the timeline completion of the full and final settlement process;">
- Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters;">
- Performs other related duties as assigned.">

Requirements
">We are seeking an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
">The successful candidate will have the ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
">You will also need to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
">Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software are essential.
">Education and Work Experience Requirements
">A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resource Process is required.
">An MBA – HR / MSW – HR / MA - HR degree is preferred.
">Proficiency in English (Good) is necessary for this position.
">Estimated Salary Range
">$65,000 - $85,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
