About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Echo Technologist to join our team at St. David's Medical Center. As an Echo Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our cardiovascular services.

Responsibilities

  • Perform non-invasive cardiovascular procedures, including adult echocardiography, TEEs, and pharmacologic/exercise cardiac stress testing.
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for diagnostic studies.
  • Maintain professional standards and seek professional growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate exceptional patient care and efficient completion of diagnostic studies.
  • Participate in maintaining a safe environment and adhering to customer service standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in a related field.
  • Successful completion of an accredited cardiac sonography program.
  • One year minimum experience as a Sonographer preferred.
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer certification.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
