  • Identify and qualify energy efficient opportunities for current and prospective clients.
  • Utilize existing relationships to strategically develop opportunities for sales activities and company growth.
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales quotas by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
  • Conduct on-site energy assessments, quote energy efficient solutions, and win business.
  • Assist with preparing proposals and sales quotes.
  • Conduct accurate and complete lighting assessments by collecting existing data to recommend energy efficient measures and generating a detailed proposal based on findings.
  • Travel to projects as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of energy sales and marketing experience, including Design Build, ESCO, ESPC, energy audits, energy monitoring, engineering, demand side management, solar, bio-mass, and/or renewable technology solutions.
  • 3+ years of industry experience in lighting retrofit, energy efficiency, or similar fields.
  • In-depth knowledge of energy efficiency.
  • Proven ability to expand client base through identifying sales leads and customer energy needs.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other analytical software tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in English.
  • Understanding of building efficiency/sustainability solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
