Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable functions and perform detailed analysis
  • Oversee month-end closing processes
  • Conduct company analysis and generate reports
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Ensure data integrity across financial systems
  • Support the annual audit process
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting for revenues and expenses
  • Collaborate with senior accounting staff and finance leadership on special projects
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 2-3 years of experience in general ledger accounting, including journal entries and reconciliations
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with MS Word and MS Outlook
  • Experience with accounting software such as J.D. Edwards or SAP
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent analytical and reasoning abilities
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Preferred: Experience with Business Objects or similar reporting tools
