Job Description

We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to provide health readiness services to military personnel in the State of Hawaii.

This role is ideal for those who value independence and flexibility, as you will work on an "as needed basis" primarily weekends with occasional weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP).

As a Military Health Readiness Specialist, you will support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel, reviewing health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires. You will also interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns, identify any concerns that need to be addressed immediately, inclusive of Behavioral Health, and document interview results for readiness classification in the service member's medical record using our proprietary system.

This role requires a supervising physician depending on state requirements, an active NP license in the state, CPR/BLS certification, experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health, knowledge of Military systems, protocols, and terminology, adaptability to fast-paced environments, ability to work extended hours, travel, and weekend availability.
