Mental Health Care Specialist

The Kaiser Permanente team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psiyhcahic Aide to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a key member of the treatment team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced mental health setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and nursing services to patients, including temperature taking, pulse monitoring, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting patient autonomy and independence.
- Participate in crisis intervention and emergency procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients and staff.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association within one month of hire.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $50,000 per year, based on location and experience.
