Job Summary

Rittenhouse Village at Northside is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and monitoring of all monthly billing and collection processes, as well as overseeing cash controls and implementing and monitoring controls over petty cash.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and monitoring of all monthly billing and collection processes.
  • Oversee cash controls, including the depositing and posting of cash receipts and implementing and monitoring controls over petty cash.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly invoices and the collection and recording of payments.
  • Assist with processing invoices and Pcard transactions.
  • Oversee checkbook entries and balances.
  • Contribute to the compilation of information for weekly reports.
  • Coordinate the processing of payroll and employee benefits and other personnel-related records.
  • Interface with residents on billing/collection issues.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of resident files, records, and reports.
  • Submit open positions on a weekly basis.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associates degree preferred.
  • One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
