Intake Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intake Coordinator to join our team at the Law Office of Deidra N. Haynes. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth intake process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients
- Collect and verify client information, including contact details and case specifics
- Schedule consultations and appointments with our attorneys
- Monitor and maintain our firm's calendar to ensure timely and efficient case management
- Collaborate with our team to resolve client inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Bi-lingual skills a plus, particularly in Spanish
