Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Hilton. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional service to guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees.
  • Registration and Check-Out: Register arriving guests by completing necessary paperwork and obtaining payment information, and settle account balances of departing guests by accepting payment and handling cash transactions.
  • Guest Inquiries: Respond to guest inquiries concerning entertainment, attractions, and hotel services, and provide guests with general information to ensure a pleasant stay.
  • Reporting and Administration: Print and process routine reports, and assist in the training of new departmental employees.
  • Team Collaboration: Promote positive public/employee relations at all times, and refer guests to appropriate personnel if unable to satisfy their complaints.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment within your area of responsibility.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior high-volume customer service experience, with one year of hotel front desk experience preferred.
