Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with team members in a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
  • Inspire, mentor, and manage all Front Office staff.
  • Develop employee schedules based on business forecasts, payroll budgets, and productivity needs.
  • Maintain interdepartmental integrity by promptly addressing any issues with staff, utilizing effective management techniques.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in the hospitality industry or a related field; or a four-year college degree with at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • A valid US driver's license is required.
