About the Role:

As a Senior Manager, Technical Program Management, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and efficiency in our Data API ecosystem. Your role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and execute on API initiatives, setting strategic direction, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving continuous improvement in API development processes.

About the Team:

You will be part of the Enterprise Data and Machine Learning (EDML) division, where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data products that meet the evolving needs of our customers and partners. Your role will involve establishing best practices, fostering a culture of innovation, and driving continuous improvement in API development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Define the strategic direction for cross LOB API initiatives, aligning them with business objectives and market trends.
     Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of API projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
     Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and execute on API initiatives.
     Establish best practices, foster a culture of innovation, and drive continuous improvement in API development processes.
     Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data products that meet the evolving needs of our customers and partners.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering).
     At least 5 years of experience managing technical programs.
     Strong technical backgrounds (ideally building highly scalable platforms, products, or services) with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery life-cycle.
     Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
     Ability to simplify the technically complex and drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science representatives.
     Deep focus on execution, follow-through, accountability, and results.
     Exceptional cross-team collaboration with product management, engineering, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize features, resolve dependencies, and ensure alignment across teams.
