Director of Childcare Services

As a pivotal figure in a Childcare Facility, you motivate educators to develop exceptional programming in every classroom while overseeing the daily functions of the center. You cultivate strong relationships with families to support each child's unique growth and lay the foundation for their future success in education and life. Your contributions are essential and significantly impact the lives of children, families, and your team.

The compensation range for this role is between 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience in the industry.

As a Center Director, your responsibilities will include:

Embedding our company mission, culture, and values to foster an inclusive atmosphere for children, families, and staff. Engaging in proactive communication with families, clients, staff, and regulatory bodies to deliver outstanding customer service. Managing the daily operations of the center, including guiding the team and providing constructive feedback to support employee development.

Qualifications:

Candidates must successfully complete necessary state and company background checks and meet the minimum educational and experiential requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related discipline is highly preferred; an Associate degree is required with a plan to complete a Bachelor's degree A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a high-quality program is required, with a strong preference for experience in a NAEYC-accredited center At least three years of professional teaching experience with children from infancy to preschool age is required
