CVS Health is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Pharmacy Manager Emerging Leader (PMEL) program. As a PMEL, you will have the opportunity to develop the necessary leadership knowledge, skills, and competencies to succeed in a Pharmacy Manager role.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in a formal development program designed to provide interested Pharmacists with the opportunity to train and develop leadership skills.
- Work closely with a coach to provide support and mentorship throughout the program.
- Broaden your capabilities and understand the meaningful role pharmacy leaders play in developing teams and delivering results.
- Complete self-paced learning focused on foundational knowledge and key learning experiences (KLEs).
- Apply learning and develop skills through hands-on experience.
- Currently works full-time (30+ hours per week).
- All current role required training 100% completed.
- Meets Expectations or higher rating on last performance review.
- Modest or Strong Pharmacy Manager assessment (Virtual Job Tryout) score.
- Not currently on a level three warning or performance improvement plan within last year.
- Willingness to consider and accept a promotion into a Pharmacy Manager position if offered.
- 1+ years experience as a Staff Pharmacist with CVS Health or equivalent retail pharmacy experience.
- Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy locations in other Districts within the Region.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
The typical pay range for this role is: $73.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
