Hallmark Youthcare Richmond, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing mental health services to adolescents and their families.

About the Role

We are looking for a licensed therapist with experience in working with adolescents and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health issues, as well as experience in crisis management and stabilization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to a target full-time caseload of 8 patients
  • Develop and implement individual treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team
  • Provide crisis management and stabilization services as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop treatment plans
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work)
  • Virginia licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Experience working with adolescents and their families
  • Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
