We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness.

Job Summary

The Residential Therapist will provide on-site clinical services for our River Bridge SRTF program in Eugene, Oregon. This position requires the ability to assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services to the residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive mental health assessments, updates, and treatment plans
  • Provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers
  • Be accessible by phone for emergency purposes
  • Participate in crisis de-escalation training and perform various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Unlicensed Therapists must be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure
  • Meet OAR requirement for QMHP by having completed two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
  • Pass a DHS criminal background check
Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to frequently talk, listen, use hands and fingers, sit, stand, walk, reach; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds. Reasonable accommodations can be made.
