The Transitions Management Advisor will oversee the department responsible for coordinating and facilitating the integration of new advisor recruits and independent contractors into Level Four Group, LLC. This role collaborates closely with Human Resources, the Business Development Team, and the Compliance Team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for full-time advisors.

Key Responsibilities of the Transitions Management Advisor include:

  • Lead the Advisor Transitions team, providing support, supervision, and direction.
  • Act as a project manager for the onboarding of new independent contractors, ensuring that onboarding objectives are met for each department joining Level Four. This involves guiding recruits through a comprehensive onboarding Playbook that details the necessary tasks and discussions for transferring their client portfolios.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure effective onboarding of full-time advisors, adhering to established procedures to meet departmental goals.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with all relevant departments.
  • Ensure timely progression through the onboarding Playbook for each recruit.
  • Proactively address issues and facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Work with Human Resources to understand expectations for full-time advisors.
  • Provide insights and leadership on enhancing onboarding and transition processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and standards related to advisor transitions.
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador for the company, exemplifying values to new advisors.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary.

Ideal candidates for the Transitions Management Advisor role will possess:

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in the Broker/Dealer/RIA sector, or related back-office roles.
  • Strong communication skills across various departments and levels; comfortable engaging with colleagues regularly.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • A quick learning ability.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Advisor Transitions or Onboarding is advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and meet deadlines; maintain composure under pressure.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience and enthusiasm for training others is a plus.

Additional Assets:

  • Familiarity with Raymond James systems.
  • Project Management experience.
