The Transitions Management Advisor will oversee the division responsible for coordinating and facilitating the integration of new advisor recruits and independent contractors into Level Four Financial. This role collaborates closely with Human Resources, Business Development, and Compliance Teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for W2 advisors.

Key Responsibilities of the Transitions Management Advisor include:

  • Lead the Advisor Transitions team, providing oversight, support, and direction.
  • Act as a project manager for the onboarding of new independent contractors, ensuring that onboarding objectives are met for each department integrating into Level Four. This involves guiding recruits through a comprehensive Playbook detailing the necessary tasks and discussions for transferring their client portfolios.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure effective onboarding of W2 advisors, adhering to established procedures to meet onboarding targets.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with all relevant departments.
  • Ensure timely progression through the Playbook for all recruits.
  • Proactively address issues and facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Work with Human Resources to clarify onboarding expectations for W2 advisors.
  • Provide insights on enhancing onboarding and transition processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and standards related to advisor transitions.
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador for the company, exemplifying values to encourage new advisors to embrace the company culture.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary.

Ideal candidates for the Transitions Management Advisor role will possess:

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in the Broker/Dealer/RIA sector or back-office operations.
  • Strong communication skills with colleagues across various departments and levels; comfortable engaging with others regularly.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • A quick learner.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Advisor Transitions or Onboarding is advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate and uphold deadlines and expectations; calm and composed under pressure.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience and enjoyment in training others is a plus.

Additional Assets:

  • Familiarity with Raymond James systems.
  • Experience in Project Management.
