Medical Territory Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at West500 Partners. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales efforts in the Richmond, VA area, focusing on cardiovascular technology sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders in your territory to drive consistent growth and achieve sales targets.
- Develop Business Plans: Create and present quarterly business plans to regional sales leadership to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Provide Customer Solutions: Offer world-class customer-focused solutions and service to meet the needs of our clients.
- Facilitate Patient Interactions: Collaborate with clinical advisors and customer care teams to ensure seamless patient interactions.
- Oversee Sales Process: Manage the sales process from initial contact to product delivery, ensuring timely feedback and information to relevant internal teams.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience in the cardiac device space, with a proven track record of success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or marketing.
- Skills: Strong client and customer pipeline management skills, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently.
