About the Role

Magnolia Medical Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Territory Account Manager to join our Commercial Sales team in Virginia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional strategic business plan to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth
  • Manage existing accounts and new account evaluations to ensure customer acquisition and retention
  • Partner with our Business Development team to facilitate sales, implementation, and compliance programs
  • Build and maintain business and clinical champions, partnerships, and relationships for customer retention and satisfaction
  • Identify and intervene to address any issues affecting account metrics and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with channel partner field sales representatives to foster new account opportunities and drive sales growth
Requirements
  • 2+ years of successful field account management, sales, or clinical focused sales experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in medical devices
  • Advanced presentation, speaking, and written communication skills with the ability to present clinical and financial data
  • Demonstrated experience consistently meeting and exceeding revenue and account quota targets, as well as account retention and satisfaction metrics
  • Ability to travel extensively to cover the territory, up to 75% of the time
