Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Petroleum Construction Foreman to join our team at Guardian Fueling Technologies. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and managing the construction and installation of equipment in accordance with federal, state, and company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction crews to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, sub-contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
  • Monitor and maintain schedules for crew and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Document daily activities, material/parts used, testing, inspections, and visitors
  • Ensure a safe working environment and maintain a strong focus on safety protocols
  • Procure equipment and supplies needed to minimize costs and ensure efficient project completion
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure a timely flow and complete projects on time and on budget
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience with petroleum construction is a must
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment (backhoe, trackhoe, skid steer) a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required
Work Environment

This job operates in a warehouse, office, or outdoor environment (construction site). The role is half sedentary and half physical, requiring the ability to lift 25 pounds, move across the construction site without stopping, and stand on a job site for an extended period if needed.

Travel

Minimal, local travel is expected for this position. Must obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
