Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee underground construction projects in the Henrico, VA area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and profitability of all projects under their supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage underground construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and implement project schedules to meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery
- Monitor and maintain quality assurance standards
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Report and coordinate project progress with stakeholders
Requirements and Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A License highly preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising underground construction projects
- Proven experience working from blueprints and specifications
- Limited travel required
