Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage underground construction projects from start to finish
  • Ensure accurate timesheets and expense reports
  • Develop and implement work-around procedures to maintain crew productivity during delays
  • Monitor Quality Assurance and ensure installations meet customer specifications and industry standards
  • Ensure safety practices are observed by all crews during work
  • Report, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of a project
  • May work independently performing site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or quality assurance

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class A License highly preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years experience supervising underground construction projects
  • Must have previous experience working from blueprints and specifications
  • Limited travel required
