Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Specialist to join our team at Smart Financial Credit Union. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our members, identifying their financial needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential members to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Provide personalized solutions to meet the financial needs of our members, including credit union products and services.
  • Work closely with members to understand their financial situations and provide guidance on credit union products and services that can help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Collaborate with other branch team members to ensure seamless delivery of member services and support.
  • Stay up-to-date on credit union products and services to ensure that members are aware of all available options.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • High school degree or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address member needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
