Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to build project plans, identify project scope, and develop project schedules.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Partner with Change Management Manager to develop and implement change management strategies.
  • Manage project deliverables, including process maps, workflows, and project reports.
  • Act as a liaison between HR leadership and senior executives, providing project updates and recommendations.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in HR or HRIS system implementations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritizing deadlines and resources.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop process maps and pain point documentation.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification and/or prior experience with HR or Change Management programs or projects.
