Job Description

**Restaurant Operations Manager**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Walk On's Sports Bistreaux. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high-quality food and beverages, and achieve our sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide inspired leadership and guidance to our management team and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has an exceptional dining experience, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Food and Beverage Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food and beverage quality, ensuring that every dish meets our quality and presentation expectations.
  • Operations and Logistics: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and equipment maintenance.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure profitability and growth.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record of success in restaurant management, with expertise in leadership, customer service, food and beverage quality, operations, and financial management.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
