Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee the finance department's day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution and transparency. This individual will supervise the accounts payable, accounts receivable, cashier, and night audit teams, while collaborating with the Director of Finance to develop and empower the team.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to make informed decisions that drive business success. They will also be responsible for training and developing team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the finance department's operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  2. Supervise the accounts payable, accounts receivable, cashier, and night audit teams.
  3. Collaborate with the Director of Finance to develop and implement financial strategies.
  4. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  5. Foster a culture of transparency and open communication within the finance department.
